The brief

A partnership between Chelsea Barracks and chef Ollie Dabbous, launched with just three weeks’ notice - a pop-up restaurant timed to coincide with the Chelsea Flower Show.

What we did

With no time to build slowly, the work had to be sharp: teaser launch events, targeted press and influencer previews, and content built to travel.

We aligned the launch with the Chelsea Flower Show so it landed in the middle of a conversation that was already happening.

Every placement was chosen to reach the audience most likely to book, in the titles they read before they choose where to eat.

The result

The launch earned 63 pieces of coverage across the titles that matter for a restaurant of this calibre, and was a sell-out success - with Chapter retained for future openings.
