AI at Work
Less admin, more of the actual job.
Practical AI sessions and consulting for country estates, venues and events businesses. Every session is built from a survey of your own team, so the time goes on the work they actually do rather than a generic demo.

How it works
Built around your team, not a template.
We ask your team first
A short survey before we arrive: where the hours go, which tools people already use, and how they feel about AI. It takes about four minutes, and it shapes everything that follows.
We find the real drains
The admin rarely sits evenly across a team. It tends to fall on a handful of people, and some of it is not an AI problem at all: systems that do not talk to each other need fixing, not prompting. We say so.
We build the session from their answers
Live demonstrations using your own documents and your own examples, so nobody has to translate a generic idea back to their desk.
Everyone leaves with something for tomorrow
Practical next steps for each person, matched to the tools your business is already licensed for.
What we cover
From the simple to the genuinely useful, and where it stops working.
Rewriting and tone
Where most people already are, and how to get considerably more from it.
Write it once
Saved prompts and instructions for the replies you send every week. The biggest unlock for anyone buried in repeat email.
Work from your own documents
Answers drawn from your FAQs, price lists and policies, which keeps them anchored to what is actually true for your business.
Structure the unstructured
Turning messy notes, emails and lists into something you can actually use.
Analysis and reporting
Where it stops being a writing aid and starts saving real time on the numbers.
Where it breaks
It can state wrong things with confidence, it cannot reach systems it is not connected to, and it will not fix a broken process upstream. Knowing that is half the value.
In practice
What a survey of one country estate showed.
23
Team members surveyed first
20+
Hours a week on repeat email, across nine people
18
Of 23 already using AI for work
14
Of 23 curious and wanting to use it more
The finding that mattered most: the admin sat with a handful of people, and a good share of it was retyping between systems that don’t talk to each other. That is a process problem, not an AI one, and the session said so plainly.
Two ways to work together
A session, or something deeper.
The session
An in-house session for your team, typically around an hour and built from the survey. Practical, honest about the limits, and pitched for a room where some people use AI every day and others have never touched it.
Going further
Consulting for teams ready to put it to work: assistants built on your own documents, such as drafting replies to guest enquiries from your FAQ; clear guidance on which tools are approved and what is safe to share with them; and an honest view of what is worth automating, and what is not.
Why us
We run our own agency on AI tools we built.
This isn’t theory. Our coverage monitoring, journalist database, social planning, strategy and client reporting all run on software we built ourselves, so the advice comes from daily use, including every place it goes wrong.

- Does my team need any experience with AI?
- No. Most teams are mixed: some people use it most days, some have never tried it, and a few are uneasy about it. The survey tells us where your team actually is, so nobody is talked down to or left behind.
- Which AI tools do you teach?
- Whichever ones your business is already licensed for. The approach transfers from one tool to another, and we will not steer you towards a product you have not chosen.
- Is this about marketing or AI visibility?
- No. This is about the day-to-day running of the business: email, admin, documents and reporting. If you want to know how your venue shows up when people search with AI, that is our AI Visibility for Venues course.
- What about privacy and data?
- We cover what is safe to put into which tool, and why it matters that your team uses the tools your business has approved rather than personal accounts.
- Who is it for?
- Country estates, venues, hospitality and events businesses: teams where much of the week goes on enquiries, bookings and admin, and where the people doing it are often the people running the place.
